Waiver for Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends:

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends . In consideration for being allowed to participate in this retreat, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends involve activities that may have inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and psychological risks.

2. Release and Hold Harmless: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Organizer Name], its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends. I agree to hold [Organizer Name] harmless from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation.

3. Individual Experience: I acknowledge and understand that each individual's experience during the retreat may vary. The Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends are designed to provide a transformative experience, but the results and outcomes may differ for each participant. I agree that [Organizer Name] cannot guarantee specific results or experiences.

4. Acknowledgment of Readiness: I acknowledge that the level at which I am ready to receive and process the experiences during the Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends may vary based on my individual psychological state and personal circumstances. I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any concerns or limitations to the retreat facilitators.

5. Follow-up Zoom Call: I understand and agree that I will be entitled to a one-hour follow-up Zoom call with the retreat facilitators approximately 30 days after the completion of the Tenacious Soul Reset Retreat Weekends. This call is intended to check on my progress, provide support, and address any questions or concerns I may have.

6. Refunds and Cancellations: I understand that 25% of any session purchased is nonrefundable. To be eligible for a partial refund, cancellations must be made at least 10 calendar business days in advance of the scheduled session. If I cancel within the 10-day period, I will not be entitled to a refund.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before signing this waiver, but I choose not to do so.
